At Aroma Concepts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and protective wrapping to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
